The Highworth Community Partnership Group is a voluntary organisation set up in 2006 with the sole purpose of producing a Town Plan for the next twenty to thirty years. This process was completed successfully in 2008. HCPG is now working in partnership with Highworth Town Council to carry out some of the 449 suggestions from the people of Highworth.
